Alice Peck Day’s Multi-Specialty Clinic, sits adjacent to the main Hospital, and was created to handle all outpatient support, including doctor visits, labs, and therapies.

At just under 40,000 SF, the new facility’s mechanical system utilizes constant-pressure roof top units with variable air volume re-heat boxes. The cooling was harnessed from the hospital’s central plant and involved over 400 LF of direct-buried pipe.  Completed in just over 6 months, the project utilized a fast track construction method that involved heavy coordination with other trades and the General Contractor.
