The design/build renovation to the Burlington Subaru service bay has brought the facility up to current HVAC and plumbing code.  It also allows the building to continue to provide heat with the waste oil from cars.  Our scope of work included new fuel oil tanks and distribution piping, a Clean Burn waste oil furnace, air compressor and compressed air drops, vehicle exhaust with alarms and flexible hose drops, and new bathrooms and eyewash stations.  We also increased the building ventilation and installed a CO alarm system.  The upgraded building will allow occupants to stay safe, increase the efficiency of their staff, and now meets requirements for fuel oil storage in Vermont.
