Keeping its laboratory up and running is essential to maintaining our public highway system safe and usable. This is why VTrans chose New England Air Systems as their comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Program Contractor.
New England Air Systems office staff works closely with VTrans to set and meet scheduled maintenance and planned repair schedules. Not only do we service and maintain these systems, but we deliver client-specific, mobile-friendly reports to keep VTrans in the loop instantaneously. We also make every effort to provide a consistent staff presence when working at their facility, to ensure familiarity with their personnel, the facility, and the equipment.
We service close to 100 pieces of equipment at this facility, including but not limited to: boilers, air handling units, ultra-violet water purifiers, exhaust fans, humidifiers, unit heaters, water softeners, pumps, air compressors, and air-cooled chillers.
In order to ensure proper execution of this maintenance program, a team effort is required between VTrans staff, our office and field personnel, and the controls and electrical contractors. With effective communication as a must, New England Air Systems consistently shines as a reliable, responsive partner.
