The VA Medical Center in White River Jct. provides medical treatment for Vermont & Upstate New Hampshire Veterans. This project involved the demolition and rebuild to Operating Room #4. Like most hospital projects, the room was deep inside the building and required spaces all around it to remain operational. Work included new medical gas drops to both operating boom arms & wall mounted outlets. New surgical hand sinks. It featured six variable-air-volume (VAV) boxes with reheat coils to control both supply and return air. These boxes allow the room to maintain a positive pressure while providing precise temperature control. HEPA filtered diffusers will ensure clean air flow is distributed throughout the space during the most critical times.
