Woodsville High School was in need of a major HVAC upgrade. Aging mechanical equipment and scabbed additions left the building with numerous comfort complaints and a lack of ventilation. With our design/build approach we were able to convert the steam boilers to hydronic and upgrade the ventilation equipment. Perimeter radiant ceiling panels will provide comfort to the old part of the school that still struggles with a lack of insulation. The wood shop received a new dust collection system along with an exhaust system and make up air for when toxic fumes are used in the space. In all the school has better comfort, more reliable equipment, and now meets current codes!
