Our Leadership

Heather Ferrara, President and CEO

In 1989, Heather joined New England Air Systems while earning her business degree at Champlain College.

Heather’s entire career has been devoted to New England Air Systems, working her way through the ranks of the company starting in business administration, marketing and business development, HR and Benefits, to managing the executive team as Executive Vice President in 2000. In 2010, she became part owner of New England Air Systems, and in 2015 purchased the company to become sole owner.

Heather has a hands-on role in the company and is involved in every aspect of the business. Her commitment is to her employees, their families, and their customers.

Heather lives in Hinesburg with her husband and an ever-expanding family of pets. She enjoys traveling, nature, horse-back riding, gardening, golfing and boating.

I wanted to send you a quick note to let you know that Chris, one of the service team, was here yesterday and today for our routine service. I have to tell you that I was extremely happy with Chris and the work that he did here. He was thorough and explained everything to me. He also noticed that one side seemed to be cooling better than the other side and took the time to explore a little to see if he could find the problem. He was amazing! NE Air recently did a great job at one of our properties. As we approached the cooling season our aged roof top chiller was found to have multiple mechanical issues. A band-aid fix was not viable making a full replacement the only alternative. The professionals at NE Air responded to a “no heat call ” that we placed on a Saturday over Martin Luther King weekend, for a property they didn’t even service.
