The FedEx Ground Distribution Facility, located at Technology Park in South Burlington, VT received a new systems installation. This 144,000 square foot distribution facility received 31 zones of overhead radiant infrared heaters, CO and NO2 exhaust systems, (5) 115’ trench drains, an extensive roof drain system, server room AC and (4) roof top units, (12) 40,000 CFM roof exhaust fans and (11) 16’ diameter fans.
