I wanted to send you a quick note to let you know that Chris, one of the service team, was here yesterday and today for our routine service.  I have to tell you that I was extremely happy with Chris and the work that he did here.  He was thorough and explained everything to me.  He also noticed that one side seemed to be cooling better than the other side and took the time to explore a little to see if he could find the problem.  He was amazing! I am very thankful to now be a customer of New England Air Systems.  I felt like we were just throwing band-aids at the problems before and now with NE Air, I feel that we are now getting our system to run as efficient as possible given it’s age.
