The HVAC service we have received from New England Air Systems is some of the best Vermont has to offer. The professionals at NE Air responded to a “no heat call ” that we placed on a Saturday over Martin Luther King weekend, for a property they didn’t even service. They spent the next 24 hours sourcing parts, opening supply houses on a Sunday, and fixing the issues. Their dedicated team of technicians turned a potentially catastrophic situation into a minor inconvenience.

I wanted to send you a quick note to let you know that Chris, one of the service team, was here yesterday and today for our routine service. I have to tell you that I was extremely happy with Chris and the work that he did here. He was thorough and explained everything to me. He also noticed that one side seemed to be cooling better than the other side and took the time to explore a little to see if he could find the problem. He was amazing! I felt like we were just throwing band-aids at the problems before and now with NE Air, I feel that we are now getting our system to run as efficient as possible given it’s age.
