Proctor Academy Field House Renovations

A quintessential New England private school, Proctor Academy offers a diverse learning experience, along with state-of-the-art facilities.

Over the past few years, the academy has undergone a substantial capital improvement plan, including updates to its popular field house. Our engineers completely overhauled the mechanical infrastructure and added important cooling & ventilation to specific areas. Highlights of our projects include (2) 1 MMBTU Patterson Kelley boilers, a Carrier chiller, and 4-pipe fan coil units.

New England Air Systems continues to work for Proctor Academy on an ongoing basis as their contractor of choice for design/build projects.
